An explicit distinction is made between pme's own content (as defined in the above regulations) and the content available through links to other providers. Access to third-party content is made available by pme Familienservice GmbH via links, and is marked as such. These are dynamic hyperlinks, which means they will still lead to the page originally linked even if that page has been changed.

When a link is first added to the pme Familienservice GmbH website, we check the content to which it leads to determine whether it gives rise to liability under civil or criminal law. That content, however, is not re-checked on a regular basis to determine whether any changes have been made that would give rise to such liability. If pme Familienservice GmbH determines, or is informed, that a web page to which pme has linked gives rise to liability under civil or criminal law, the link to that page will be removed.

6. Analytics and marketing

6.1 Google Analytics

This site uses a website-analysis tool called Google Analytics. The purpose is to enable tailored content on the site. Specifically, the tools provided in Google Analytics are used to track the usage behaviors of visitors to our site, for example to determine which terms were entered in a search engine that led the user to the site. Furthermore, by recording which pages are viewed we determine which of our pages hold the most interest for (i.e. are most frequently visited by) a given user, and in some cases may determine what we can do to make other pages more interesting for that user. Website analysis also enables us to detect and eliminate issues such as broken links on our web pages.

As a rule, the information generated by a cookie concerning your use of our website is sent to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Please note that for use on our website, the Google Analytics tool has been expanded to include the "anonymizeIp" code, which enables "anonymization“: the anonymous acquisition of IPaddresses.

Google uses the data it collects to analyze your use of the website and report the recorded activities to the website owner, and to tailor the advertising according to the interests indicated by previous page visits. The data might also be sent by Google to third parties, if this is required by law or if third parties are contracted by Google to process these data.

We use Google Analytics to evaluate data from Google AdWords and DoubleClick for marketing purposes, and in some cases to insert personalized advertisements on other websites. If you do not wish to have ads personalized for you, you can deactivate this function in the Google advertising settings .

You can prevent storage of cookies from Google Analytics, AdWords and DoubleClick on your computer by configuring your browser settings to block cookies from the Google domain and deleting existing cookies from your browser. You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data by clicking on the following link. This sets an "opt-out cookie" which prevents all future data acquisition when visiting this website. Deactivate Google Analytics
